OVERVIEW

C4Y Ujjwal Deep Scholarship aims at financially supporting the underprivileged meritorious students to fulfill their dreams and pursue their career plans successfully. Overall goal of the scholarship is to promote academic excellence in the higher education sector in the country. Ujjwal Deep Scholarship is reaching out to the students having limited means of resources due to low family income, COVID distress or other financial problems. The scholarships towards tuition fees, development charges, hostel, mess and other charges would be disbursed. The students from the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families or have limited annual family income due to COVID pandemic or other compelling reasons would be given preference. The students from Ahmednagar (Maharashtra), Solan (Himachal Pradesh), Goa and Vadodara (Gujarat) who are pursuing regular undergraduate and postgraduate education in Medical, Engineering from the government educational institutions across the country are invited to apply for their career advancement.

FIVE STEP SELECTION PROCESS

STEP 1: Verification of the applications and documents to shortlist the candidates for due diligence

STEP 2: Online interactions with the educational institutions, applicants and parents/ guardians

STEP 3: Finalisation of the selected candidates for C4Y Ujjwal Deep Scholarship 2021

STEP 4: Announcement of the final selected candidates

STEP 5: Disbursement of scholarship amount

Documents for Due Diligence

  • Identity proof: Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card/ Driving License of applicants and parents/ guardian
  • Residence proof: Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card/ Driving License/ Electricity Bill/ Postpaid Mobile Bill of the applicant or parent/ guardian
  • Bonafide certificate and recommendation letter from educational institute: Letter on the institute letterhead and signed by the authority in support of the application in the prescribed format
  • Passed previous exams: Mark sheets of (1) 12th Class; (2) qualifying examination - NEET/ JEE/ Any Other state specific and (3) the last exam in the educational institution
  • Documentary proof for income: Income proof issued by Employer/ Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat Sarpanch/ Counsellor/ Income proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
  • Photograph: Passport size photograph of applicants and parents/ guardian
  • Digital Signature: Applicant’s digital signature
